As-Built Drawings
Permit set designs are prepared based on the most accurate information available at the time, including site measurements and known obstructions. However, actual site conditions may differ once installation begins. In such cases, the installation team may need to make adjustments in the field to accommodate real-world conditions. These modifications can result in changes to the layout, interconnection methods, or other system parameters.
As-Built drawings serve as the final record of the completed installation. They are important for homeowners to retain for their records and are sometimes required by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) prior to granting Permission to Operate (PTO).
To prepare the As-Built documentation, we only need details of any deviations from the original design. These can be marked directly on the initial plan or provided as a clear sketch of the changes. Once received, we will prioritize the creation and delivery of the final As-Built drawings.
